Nathan Ice - Technology and Product Management Executive I am a creative, outcome and business focused Senior Information Technology and Product Management Executive with extensive experience in IT Governance, Program and Project Management, Problem Solving, Structured Facilitation, End-to-End Systems, Roadmap Strategy and Planning, Product Management, P&L Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Application Development, and Consulting.

I have built technology solutions for 20+ years and am seen by my colleagues as someone that can bridge the gap between business and technology leveraging a deep understanding of issues from both domains with expertise in synthesizing situations and communicating with both groups.

I started as a developer in the late 90’s and after a few years moved to Program and Project Management. From there I was steadily given increasing levels of responsibility and position in Technology and Product Management until I was VP, Head of Technology for iProspect US.  iProspect is a global digital marketing agency that is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN – 40k+ global employees).  I’ve led and managed teams in excess of 50 resources and across all technology disciplines including Architecture, Development, PMO, Business Analysts, Product Management, QA, Infrastructure, and Support.

I develop and build strong teams that are engaged through hiring the right people, developing them in the right ways, and ensuring they understand why it’s important to do what we do. At iProspect my organization consistently beat the DAN benchmark in many of the categories of our annual global check-in survey.  Our most recent results highlighted the technology organization culture by beating the company benchmark in 31 of 37 categories.  The most important and highlighted category of Engagement was 12 points higher than the company average – This explains why we had zero voluntary attrition over the past few years.

I’ve been privileged to deliver successful projects for major brands over the years including Williams Communications, Apple, Hilton Hotels, General Motors, Luxottica, MedAssets/Vizient, JM Smuckers, Abercrombie & Fitch, Adidas, Staples, Intel, Orix Capital Markets, Matria Healthcare, and many others.  Measured customer satisfaction surveys averaged 4.8 out 5 for projects I oversee.

I live and work in the Dallas / Fort Worth market and have a wonderful blended family with six kids between us (3/3). Between Basketball, Volleyball, Cross Country, Wake Surfing, Trap Shooting, Hunting, Hiking, Camping, Travel and College Visits, our weekends are rarely boring.
