Building AI Applications Faster Than the Organization Can Absorb Them
The constraint on AI-enabled transformation is rarely technical. It is organizational absorption — the capacity to adopt, adapt, and use what gets built.

The technology is no longer the bottleneck. With agentic AI tooling, a capable team can ship functional applications in days that previously required months. This is genuinely new. The question it raises is one that most organizations are not prepared to answer.
If delivery is fast, is the organization ready to absorb what gets built?
The answer is almost always no — not because people lack capability, but because adoption, change management, and workflow redesign do not scale as quickly as software delivery. This creates a new kind of transformation debt: working software that sits underused because the organization has not yet caught up.
The response is not to slow down delivery. It is to pair delivery speed with deliberate absorption planning — treating adoption as a product problem, not a communication problem.
